Most festival goers are used to the sun and warm weather of the summer concert season, but music fans in Vermont have something else in mind. Minus Zero Winter Sports and Music Festival is an event that takes place at Vermont’s Stratton Mountain Resort—a far departure from your typical outdoor festival. The festival attracted electronic music fans with featured headliners deadmau5 and Kaskade as well as winter sports fanatics looking to shred the slopes. For the inaugural event, Mountain Productions built the SL-260 mobile stage with two flanking SL-100 stages that served as exclusive VIP areas.

The SL-260 was built at the bottom of one of Stratton’s slopes, giving viewers a picturesque backdrop to the musical performances. Fans were also treated to a stage at the top of the mountain, only accessible by ski lift.
