Fashion events draw celebrities, models, and musical artists together with visually stunning experiences that resemble art more than your traditional event production. For New York’s 2016 Fashion Week, Dutch fashion company Scotch & Soda—one of fashion’s recent most premium and trending manufacturers in the world—worked with Mountain Productions to host a celebration of their new Fall/Winter collection that delivered musical talent along with a model showcase that looked like an art installation.

The creative production required creative solutions in construction and engineering, and Mountain Productions adapted its equipment to provide the necessary structures for the show. Most notably, Mountain’s engineering team was required to design multiple scaffold towers with open bays, resulting in a modified substructure with multiple uprights for safe and even weight transfer.
